One
on one counseling sessions
Several
groups are offered including, Anger
Management & Relationship groups: Onsite or offsite group therapy for men,
women and adolescents.
Some
group topics include: Aggression Free Relationships: a 16 week
group focused on violence in relationships, Understanding Healthy Relationships,
Anger Management, Communication, Assertiveness
Training, Self Esteem, Depression and Anxiety
Psychotherapy.

I
have researched various theories regarding couples work,
dialogue, communication, and ranges of intimacy. A few of these theorists are Theodore Reik,
Gottman, Gay Hendricks, Harville Hendricks (Imago therapy),
and Deepok
Chopra.
Dream work is a part of individual therapy at
the request of the client or if it is apparent that it would be
helpful.
